Forward quote requests to quotes@haltfire.co.nz, then press Run Now. For each new request it creates the Fergus job, a OneDrive job folder, and a quote register entry.

Quotes you send from Fergus are detected and logged to the register automatically every 2 hours — status moves to Quoted, then Won / Lost on Fergus's decision. No action needed.
